• Processing, packing, and dispatching live guppies, feed, plants, and medication orders across India.
• Sending critical shipping notifications, airway bill (AWB) tracking numbers, and delivery updates.
• Managing your loyalty wallet rewards, referral bonuses, and daily spin-wheel rewards.
• Complying with legal obligations and resolving support inquiries.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share necessary data only with trusted partners required to operate our service:

• In-App Deletion: Open the app, go to your User Dashboard → Settings (⚙️) → Request Account Deletion. Once requested, our admin team reviews and permanently purges your records within 48 hours.
