We ship securely using trusted courier networks across India depending on service availability in your region, including: ST Courier, The Professional Courier, DTDC Courier, and India Post Speed Post.
Once dispatched, courier partner details and tracking numbers are sent directly via email and updated inside your Coral Guppies account dashboard.
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has been packed and dispatched from our Salem hatchery, cancellations are no longer possible.
• 100% Refund / Replacement Support: Available when the thermocol box secure packing option is selected during checkout (Note: original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable).
• 50% Support: Applicable for DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims if standard packing was selected instead of thermocol box protection.
