All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders will also not be shipped on the day immediately before a public holiday.
We ship using trusted courier partners depending on service availability in your location. Our courier partners include: ST Courier, The Professional Courier, DTDC Courier, and India Post Speed Post.
Our shipping days are Monday to Friday only. Shipping will not be done on weekends, public holidays, or the day immediately before a public holiday.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the courier partner details and tracking number via email. You can also view your order and tracking details in your Coral Guppies account dashboard.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
• 100% refund is available when the thermocol box option is selected for live fish shipment.
• 50% refund is applicable for DOA (Dead on Arrival) or transit damage if the thermocol box option is not selected.
All refunds are issued as loyalty points and will reflect in your Coral Guppies account. These loyalty points can be used for future purchases on our website.
