Guppy fish thrive in clean aquariums with stable water conditions. A tank size of at least 20 liters is recommended for beginners. Use a sponge filter or gentle filtration system to maintain water quality.
Guppies are omnivorous fish and require a balanced diet. Feed them high-quality guppy food twice daily in small portions. Avoid overfeeding as it can pollute the aquarium.
Guppies are livebearers and breed easily in aquariums. Maintain a ratio of one male to two females for better breeding results. Pregnant females can be separated into a breeding tank.
Newborn guppy fry should be fed multiple times per day with micro food such as powdered flakes or baby brine shrimp. Maintain excellent water quality for healthy growth.
